Objective:

To equip participants with the necessary competencies to deliver human capital training courses in a group, face-to-face setting. Participants will be able to design, deliver, and evaluate a training course, covering planning, development, and closure functions, using instructional and group techniques that facilitate the learning process.

• Planning face-to-face group human capital training courses

• Development of face-to-face group human capital training courses

• Closing face-to-face group human capital training courses

• Instructional and group techniques that facilitate the learning process

• Designing materials for delivering face-to-face group human capital training courses
