Objective:

To provide participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to design, implement, and maintain a contingency plan that allows for the prevention, mitigation, and appropriate response to emergency or disaster situations within the company.

• Introduction to risk management and the importance of contingency plans

• Identification of risks and vulnerabilities within the company

• Design and development of the contingency plan

• Implementation and maintenance of the contingency plan

• Training and education of staff on the contingency plan

• Communication and coordination with authorities and external organizations

• Evaluation and continuous improvement of the contingency plan
