- Introduction to 5S and its relation to quality
- Identification of critical processes and areas of opportunity for applying 5S
- Seiri: Sorting and organizing the workspace to eliminate unnecessary items
- Seiton: Order and cleanliness in the workspace to improve efficiency and safety
- Seiso: Systematic maintenance and cleaning to prevent the accumulation of dirt and waste
- Seiketsu: Standardizing processes and procedures to maintain achieved results
- Shitsuke: Commitment and discipline to maintain continuous improvement in applying 5S
- Evaluation of 5S implementation and its impact on quality
